You'll develop a strong foundation in heat pump technology, ductwork, and general construction, while consistently delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-home consultations. You'll also gain hands-on, practical experience by working closely with our installation teams on real-world projects. You will work closely with the CEO and HVAC Project Manager to build a high-performing team, foster accountability, enhance communication, and drive improvements in efficiency and profitability. Your leadership will help shape a dynamic and passionate department.
