About the Role As a Senior Mechanical Engineer based in Fort Lupton, Colorado, you'll help design and develop the next generation of Charm's pyrolysis technology while improving systems already operating in production. Reporting to the Director of Pyrolysis, you'll help scale new chemical processes from laboratory and pilot-scale testing to commercial operation, ensuring they are efficient, safe, and cost-effective. Working closely with engineers, scientists, and operations teams, you'll investigate scale-up challenges, evaluate process performance, improve product yields, and support the development of safe and reliable operating practices. About the Role As Charm scales our carbon removal and manufacturing operations, we're looking for an Accounting Manager to help build and operate the accounting infrastructure that supports a rapidly evolving industrial business.
