Working alongside a team of lead brand designers, you're the dedicated motion resource: translating complex ideas into powerful visual stories that are distinctly Basis and building a motion language that travels across every format and surface. You take concepts, storyboards, and visual directions and translate them into polished output: long-form product videos, animated campaign assets, website animations, and fast-turnaround social content.
