We're building a platform that unifies HR data and transforms how organizations make decisions, unlock insights, and run operations. Our mission is simple but ambitious: help HR teams move faster, smarter, and with more confidence. We're on a mission to reach $10M ARR and you will be at the heart of that journey - building the AI-powered systems that will redefine how companies manage their people. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role - you will own major pieces of our frontend architecture, push the boundaries of design system implementation, and ensure a world-class user experience for our customers WHAT YOU'LL OWN You will architect, build, and optimize the frontend that powers Aragorn's Analytics & Agentic HR Studio platform. You will: - Lead development in React, TypeScript, and Webpack, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability - Implement and evolve our micro frontend architecture to support modular, scalable product delivery - Collaborate directly with the Product Designer and Head of Product to translate UX designs into high-quality, performant code - Work with our design system, ensuring components are reusable, accessible, and optimized for developer experience - Critique and collaborate on UX/UI designs, proactively identifying implementation constraints and optimization opportunities. - Work closely with backend engineers to define, consume, and optimize APIs for efficient data communication. - Make strategic decisions on when to leverage third-party libraries versus custom implementations
