WHAT YOU'LL DO - Advance high-priority initiatives and increase execution velocity across the organization in close partnership with the VP, Marketing - Apply AI tools and workflow automation to improve internal marketing productivity, reduce manual work, and accelerate execution - Own high-impact marketing initiatives end-to-end - scoping ambiguous problems, defining success metrics, and driving execution through measurable business outcomes - Identify root causes behind performance gaps across funnel, verticals, and channels, and design solutions that accelerate revenue growth - Partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure initiatives are integrated, aligned, and moving with urgency - Remove cross-functional bottlenecks and increase clarity around ownership and accountability - Translate complex data, research, and market signals into clear recommendations that drive executive decisions - Develop deep fluency in our business model, performance metrics, and marketing systems to inform prioritization and tradeoffs and serve as an institutional knowledge anchor - Strengthen performance visibility and operational rigor across
