This is an entry level position crucial to the day to day operations of the facility. Candidates must be able to work nights as well as shifts ranging from 8-12 hours. Job Responsibilities Not Limited To: - Dump and load railcars and trucks - Work on or near water during barge operations - Assist with grain handling - General housekeeping duties - General maintenance, as needed Job Requirements - Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures, as well as a commitment to uphold the ADM Code of Conduct - High school education or equivalent preferred - Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Driver's License - Exhibit regular and prompt attendance - Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), move up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to wear a respirator - Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed - Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed - Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude - Ability --- [PASTE YOUR RESUME OR SKILLS HERE]
