Description du poste: Contexte Au sein de l'équipe de production, et sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe, vous intégrerez une unité de bioproduction opérant selon les standards GMP (BPF). Vous interviendrez sur des activités USP (culture cellulaire) et/ou DSP (purification de protéines recombinantes), au sein d'un environnement à forte exigence qualité utilisant des technologies "single-use". Missions 1. Préparation des activités de production (USP & DSP) Qualification/ préparation des équipements et vérification de la disponibilité des matières, tampons, consommables et montages. Rédaction et gestion des recettes de fabrication dans un système informatisé (paramètres, séquences, durées, consignes de température…). Mise en place des kits de production "single-use". Organisation et rangement de la zone dans le respect des BPF/GMP et des procédures internes. Participation au vide-ligne, au nettoyage et à la maintenance de premier niveau des zones et équipements. 2. Réalisation des activités USP (si affectation culture cellulaire) Manipulation aseptique en hotte à flux laminaire.
