Duties As a Counsel in Litigation, you will: Represent the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC") in trial and appellate courts, including in cases brought under the Administrative Procedure Act, federal employment laws, and the Freedom of Information Act; and/or represent the OCC in administrative proceedings pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.
