This role will partner closely with the General Manager, UK and local leadership team, while acting as a liaison to our global P&C organization based in the U.S. As we expand our retail and corporate presence across the UK & Europe, you'll build the foundation of our local People & Culture function designing people strategies, developing programs and workforce plans that support both immediate business needs and long-term growth.
