The Legal Counsel - Media will support Rumble's video and advertising businesses, as well as intellectual property management, commercial contracting, and emerging digital asset initiatives, including non-custodial crypto products. This role is best suited for an attorney with 5-10 years of relevant experience, including in-house advisory work. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, services, talent, licensing, nondisclosure, and technology contracts. Provide practical legal advice on intellectual property, marketing, content, risk, compliance, and privacy matters. Support content, marketing, and media initiatives by reviewing campaigns and materials for legal and regulatory compliance, including advertising, social media, rights, and clearances. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, Sales, HR, Finance, Tech, and Product teams to align legal guidance with business objectives. Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and processes to drive efficiency and consistency. Support legal and compliance operations, including matter management, document management, and internal training on legal policies. Requirements 5-10 years of legal experience, with a mix of in-house and law firm experience preferred. Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Experience in media, entertainment, or digital content, including advertising, content production, talent agreements, licensing, or digital platforms. Skills & Attributes Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Ability to translate legal risk into practical, business-oriented advice.
